NASSAU, BAHAMAS – State Public Service Minister Pia Glover-Rolle hitting back at critics following the announcement of a service-wide promotional exercise.

The promotions are set to roll out in the coming months, but Glover-Rolle says there are still some who feel the promotions aren’t enough, despite some public servants being up for two promotions.

The initial announcement came last week.

Glover-Rolle admitted public service promotions are often halted due to budgetary constraints.

At the time, she revealed that the promotions will cost just under $4 million dollars.

But it seems there’s still a group who aren’t satisfied.
