NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 38-year-old man has pleaded guilty to murder.

Cornell Cooper admitted responsibility for the June 28, 2004 murder of Heston Adderley when he appeared before Senior Justice Cheryl Grant-Thompson.

Adderley and others were at Seven Hills fixing a motorbike when Cooper slit his throat with a box cutter, the court heard.

Grant-Thompson will begin a sentencing hearing on January 31.
