NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Nearly a dozen students at Achievers Christian Academy spent the night in hospital after what is being described as an unusual situation.

Today one relative is expressing his disappointment in the school’s handling of the situation while the principal is knocking down rumors.

Tevin Ferguson is one of many parents and guardians. Outraged after around 10 children from Achievers Christian Academy were rushed to Princess Margaret Hospital (PMH) in what is being described as a bazaar incident. His neice was among them

Police were called to PMH Thursday after a report said students started experiencing dizziness, vomiting and became faint while participating in physical activities.

Our News understands before the physical education class, the students were visited by foreign missionaries who gave them hand bands, a book, and prayed with them.

Smith stressed student safety is top priority and says he doesn’t believe the incident will impact school enrollment
