Talks Continue With Village Road Businesses
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Government is still in talks with Village Road businesses after they expressed concern over work in the area.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Government is still in talks with Village Road businesses after they expressed concern over work in the area.
The project saw a few delays but the major works have been completed.
Economic Affairs Minister Michael Halkitis says those businesses are looking for relief and in some instances compensation.
Halkitis says the Ministry of Finance will be partnering with the Ministry of Works in instances that call for repairs.
He says he expects a resolution in the coming weeks.
