Talks With Carnival Over Pollution Progressing Slowly
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Minister responsible for the environment Vaughn Miller says talks are not going the way he expected with Carnival Cruise lines, after they were found guilty two years ago, of dumping 100s of 1000s of gallons of waste-treated sewerage and 800,000 gallons of food waste in our waters.
