NASSAU, BAHAMAS – 25-year-old Shad Fer always knew he was different – drawn to creative activities and always the center of attention.

Today he is a full-fledged entertainer – directing and acting in films, making music, and doing standup comedy.

Shad Fer is a creative person whose ideas have no boundaries. Throwing in a pinch of film, music, and comedy to make his pot bubble over.

The 25-year-old, whose real name is Rashad Ferguson, says it is his duty to share his gift.

Shad Fer has taken his talent to the extreme by not only writing and acting in films but also co-producing with his fellow creative Charo the Fox.

The duo have released a few projects as a collective, but their Conch Ken Jutsu – a short bahamian martial arts film – is his pride and joy.

Shad Fer says he wants to continue to push the envelope and encourages others to break the barriers and share their creativity with the world.

In addition to his film works, he says he also has music for every listener.

Knowing the struggles of being an artist in The Bahamas first-hand, he makes this plea on behalf of the creative community.
