Thirty-Nine-Year-Old Man Accused of Having Sex with Teen

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 39-year-old man is behind bars after being accused of having sex with an underage girl.

Prosecutors allege that Antion Thompson had unlawful sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old girl on November 18.

The girl was unable to give consent because she’s under 16.

Thompson didn’t have to plea to the charge when he stood before Magistrate Raquel Whymms.

Bail was denied and he returns to court on February 2 to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers.
