UNITED STATES – TikTok will be banned on Sunday after the U.S. Supreme Court upheld a law on Friday ordering its Chinese parent company B to sell the social media platform to a U.S. Company.

The Biden Administration on Friday said it would not enforce the potential ban in the immediate aftermath of the deadline.

This mean implementation of the law will be left to President-elect Donald Trump.

In a post on Truth Social Friday, Trump said TikTok was on the agenda in a discussion with Chinese President Xi Jinping Friday morning.

More than 170 million Americans use TikTok.
