NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Titan Hospitality Group holding a job fair, Thursday, helping to get Bahamians off the unemployment line, and back to work.

From cashiers, to hostesses, bartenders and line cooks, many positions were up for grabs.

The job fair was scheduled to begin at 10am but Dereka Munnings, Titan Hospitality Catering and Events Manager, tells Our News the line of interviewees at 6am led the company to kick off their job fair shortly after 7am.

Munnings said the company was prepared to hire on the spot, if candidates fit the bill for a job at any one of the company’s 11 restaurants.

Titan Hospitality planned to interview just over 100 people for the positions, but by 10:30am, 80 interviewees had already been screened.
