NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Amidst the ongoing search for a missing American visitor, the Ministry of Tourism is hard at work to curb any potential anxiety around visiting The Bahamas.

In fact, we’re currently on track to break last year’s record-breaking arrival numbers.

The Bahamas is still seeing record tourism numbers this summer despite the ongoing search for missing American visitor Taylor Casey. That’s according to Minister of Tourism and Deputy Prime Minister Chester Cooper.

Minister Cooper says the Ministry of Tourism has worked to focus on the messaging for the country.

He says the numbers demonstrate potential visitors are getting that message. More than that, Cooper says the country is projected to surpass the record-setting numbers of 2023.
