NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The UB Mingoes gave the Warhawks everything they could handle in volleyball in the first period before the Hawks pulled ahead to win 25-22.

They would try to rally in the second set but their attempt was cut short as they fell 25-22.

They got it going in the third set making a run at the Warhawks before falling by a score of, you guessed it 25-22.

NBA

Grand Bahama born Buddy Hield shooter had 16 points on 6-9 shooting including 4 of 7 from long range to go with four rebounds and two assists as his pacers handed the struggling Detroit Pistons their 20th straight loss, 131-123.

Myles Turner led the squad with 23 points and 8 rebounds and league assist leader Tyrese Haliburton dished out 16 of those.

Cade Cunningham had 23, 7, and 8 for this Pistons team trying to claw their way out of this historical funk.
