UB Returns From FAU Meet In Florida
FLORIDA – UB’s track and field/cross country team recently made their return from the FAU Cross Country meet in Boca Raton, Florida.

The team competed against Division One schools coming 18th place overall.
Lakeicia Lewis turned in the top performance for the women, finishing in a time of 25 minutes, 54.8 seconds while Lhevinne Joseph paced the men, finishing in 18 minutes, 35.9 seconds.
Jazz Chisholm went 3 for 5 and to help the Marlins get a 6-3 win over the Los Angeles dodgers Tuesday night.
One of those hits was an absolute orbital strike to the upper deck in right field to give the game its final score.
Jazz admitted after the game that it may have been one of the longer drives he’s ever hit.
Jonquel Jones and the New York Liberty squeezed by the Dallas Wings Tuesday night, 94-93.
JJ had 7 points and 8 rebounds while setting her teammates up to the tune of five assists along with her trademark stifling defense.
