UB Returns From Two-Game Tour

FLORIDA, USA – The University of The Bahamas’ Mingoes fell to the MAU Macaws 4-1 on Friday evening in Doral, Florida. 

Peter Julemis scored the game’s only goal on a pk in the 49th minute to make the game 2-1 but MAU managed to pull away late in the game to give the game its final score.

The women’s national soccer team tried to bounce back from last week’s loss against Grenada on Grenada’s home turf.

The Bahamas gave the Grenadians everything they could handle in the first half, finishing the period up tied with one game apiece. 

Grenada, powered by a hat trick from Nia Thompson came out firing scoring three goals in the 2nd to secure the win, 4-1.
