EGYPT – U.N. Experts say the promises by companies and cities to get to net-zero emissions are little more than “Greenwashing” and don’t amount to much.

The report sets out new standards to harden those claims. It was released at COP 27 Climate Conference in Egypt.

It is intended to draw a red line around the false claims of progress in the fight against global warming.

Prime Minister Philip Davis addressing the group this week telling leaders that getting real means understanding that self-interest drives decision-makers.
