NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Roses are red, violets are blue, did you know that a Christmas tree can be used for Valentine’s Day too?

One of the Rolle Sisters – Denise Hinzey – decided to do just that transforming her 2024 Christmas Tree into a tree for Valentine’s Day.

Joined by her husband, Clarence and older sister, Pamela,  Hinzey took us through her thought process for the design.

“I went with a different design, red and white with just flowers and roses which all resembles love,” she said.

The tree also has a deeper meaning.

“My daughter Clarissa Deborah passed the day after Valentines and so this tree is also in memory of her and so we just want to remember her as we always do during this time,” Hinzey said.

And for those wondering when Hinzey plans on taking the tree down?

“That depends on when my husband push me; I may have to take it down in a month or two but I’ll probably take it down by Easter, just before Easter.”
