GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – Decreased unemployment, and increased tourist arrivals – all good news announced recently by the Davis administration, and while numbers were not specifically provided for Grand Bahama, the island’s chamber president, Dillion Knowles, says residents have shared that they’ve been feeling the benefits.
GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – Decreased unemployment, and increased tourist arrivals – all good news announced recently by the Davis administration, and while numbers were not specifically provided for Grand Bahama, the island’s chamber president, Dillion Knowles, says residents have shared that they’ve been feeling the benefits.
In addition to skilled workers, Knowles believes that, for the island to live up to its full potential, another 150,000 residents would have to live there.
Looking forward, Knowles says he believes the future will look different for each sector in the coming year.
