NASSAU, BAHAMAS – With just a few hours to the much anticipated Christmas holiday, Christian Council President Bishop Delton Fernander says it is one of the biggest days on the Christian calendar.

But, Fernander says sometimes we can forget the true reason for the season.

Fernander says Jesus the greatest gift given to the earth.

While Christmas is known as the birthday of Jesus Christ, it is also a time to gather with family under the Christmas tree and exchange gifts.
