NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Driving through New Providence, you may have noticed there are already Christmas trees lining Mackey Street. But when is the right time to start preparing for Christmas?

Shop Smart Department Store Operation Manager Tanya Heastie says they even have a loyal following who never take their trees down.

Heastie says the early enthusiasm extends beyond New Providence.

Over at the Bahamas Liquidation and Auction Center, they’ve had their trees up even before Halloween.
