NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A woman accused of raping her former lover has been granted $9,000 bail.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A woman accused of raping her former lover has been granted $9,000 bail.
Justice Jeanine Weech-Gomez approved pre-trial release for 39-year-old Rodnicka Cartwright-Farquharson, three days after a magistrate remanded her to prison on the charge.
Cartwright-Farquharson is accused of raping a 52-year-old woman on September 28.
As a condition of her release, Cartwright-Farquharson has to report to police weekly and is banned from contact with her alleged victim.
