NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Potholes can seem like a never-ending issue for motorists on New Providence, especially, after heavy rainfall.

They say April showers bring may flowers but as residents of New Providence know all too well, too much rain also re-opens or creates potholes.

Francis Clarke, senior civil engineer in the Ministry of Works, explains that following heavy rain early this week, the issue of potholes is already being addressed.

Francis said the Ministry of Works has a Whatsapp hotline where residents can report areas of concern at 557-3227 or 376-0936.
