NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Parliamentary Secretary in The Ministry of Works and Utilities Bacchus Rolle detailing the grim financial position of the Water and Sewerage Corporation.

Rolle telling parliament that operating expenses increased in 2022 to more than $100 million dollars, but it didn’t get that much in return..

The grim forecast comes as WSC will see a decrease in its budget this fiscal year.

He says the uptick in spending was associated with an increase in staffing costs and an increase in water purchase costs.
