$150M Agreement Signed For Harbour Isl. Development

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Davis administration signing another Heads of Agreement. This time for a $150 million dollar project for Harbour Island.

4M Harbour Island began as a boutique resort and marina and has evolved into a retail component with 93 estate homes.

Prime Minister Philip Davis and area MP Clay Sweeting were both on hand for the signing.

Principal Owner Michael Wiener says all employees brought on for construction are Bahamian.

He says they’re looking to hire 125 in total.

Weiner says work has already began, adding that the marina and four residential units have already been completed.
