French Natl Missing in Dominica, Search Continues

DOMINICA – Rescue teams in Dominica are searching for a 26-year-old French national, who is reported missing after going on a hike at the Waitukubuli National Trail. The trail where Marion Hermier went missing, is over 115 miles of rainforest.

Authorities say Hermier arrived on board a French-registered vessel on February 4 and was not on the vessel when it left the island five days later.

They say rescue teams including those from the police and fire brigade have been searching with little success.
