NASSAU, BAHAMAS – What’s Thanksgiving without a little fun in the kitchen?

Kyle Walkine got to chef it up over a hot stove with the folks at Altitude at Fusion Chef Gia was quick to let Kyle take the lead.

First up, a creative spin on pumpkin soup – the curry coconut pumpkin bisque.

Once that was being heated, Kyle got right to the bowl- putting whipped cream at the bottom.

Then a greenery mixture, coconut crumbs and we were ready for our bisque, and it tasted much better than it looked.

Then it was on to the main course, turkey, brown sugar glazed ham, peas n rice, and a special johnny cake stuffing.

Who knew Kyle was good at carving a turkey?

Once the turkey was sliced, it was time to uncup the rice that was already packed.

Now that dinner was all done and plated, Chef Gia allowed Kyle to get creative with dessert and a special pumpkin pie, as long as he didn’t break it.

And after some whipped cream and cranberry topping, with a sliced strawberry on top, Kyle’s Thanksgiving dinner was done.
