AG Calls For Diversification In Specialty Laws
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Attorney General Ryan Pinder is calling on attorneys around the country to diversify their expertise and areas of knowledge in specialty areas.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Attorney General Ryan Pinder is calling on attorneys around the country to diversify their expertise and areas of knowledge in specialty areas.
His comments coming at the Bar Association Training Days held at the Atlantis resort this week. With the world rapidly advancing, the attorney general, encourages lawyers to get up to speed.
He says they should focus on five areas, the first being taxation.
Then there’s the area of intellectual property, something cabinet is looking to bring to parliament soon with the goal of modernizing and reforming intellectual law framework.
There’s also a new area that many do not think of, space law, and finally, energy law.
