NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man is behind bars awaiting sentencing after he was convicted of murder.

Stephan Mackey was found guilty of murder by a count of 6-3 following a trial before Justice Renae McKay.

Prosecutors alleged that Mackey was one of two gunmen who accosted and shot Glenton Smith outside of his Yellow Elder Gardens home on February 27, 2018.
