NASSAU, BAHAMAS – From a real property tax amendment bill to road traffic and port authorities amendment bills, Attorney General Ryan Pinder breaks down the legislation shaping the 2024-2025 budget communication. The Davis administration touts the budget as one to change the status quo across all sectors. Pinder explains the amendments in alphabetical order.

As for the commercial recreational watercraft amendment bill, Pinder says it will prevent non-Bahamians from circumventing existing policies.

He also explained this amendment to benefit those in the transport industry.

Then there’s the immigration amendment bill.

The attorney general touts the Davis administration’s significant progress and says this upcoming fiscal cycle serves as evidence of continued growth.
