NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Prosecutors allege that Andros resident Oswald Poitier III sexually assaulted the minor on September 25 in New Providence.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 30-year-old DJ is behind bars accused of the rape of a 17-year-old girl.
Prosecutors allege that Andros resident Oswald Poitier III sexually assaulted the minor on September 25 in New Providence.
Poitier did not have to enter a plea when he stood before Acting Chief Magistrate Ancella Evans and bail was denied.
He returns to court on December 10 to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers that will send the case to the Supreme Court for trial.
