FLORIDA, UNITED STATES – A mother’s cry of pain as she tries to come to terms with the reported loss of all three of her children.

Marshall Clarke, a Bahamian woman living in Florida, shared her grief in an emotional Facebook post, identifying her children as Jakara, Dalvena and Charles.

“I’m numb… I can’t think… I can’t sleep,” she wrote.

Clarke questioned why God would take her children, pleading for her babies to be returned to her.

Their reported deaths are linked to a fiery crash that left six people dead on the Florida Turnpike Friday night.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash happened around 9:30 p.m. near Weatherbee Road in Orange County.

Troopers say an SUV collided with a Road Ranger truck that was responding to help a disabled vehicle.

Both vehicles left the roadway and caught fire.

All six adults inside the SUV were trapped and died at the scene. The Road Ranger driver suffered minor injuries.

Investigators say witnesses reported that the SUV was speeding and travelling without its headlights on.

Those accounts are now part of the investigation into what led to the deadly collision.

But behind the investigation and the circumstances of the crash is a family left to grapple with an unimaginable loss.

Clarke’s words on social media offer a glimpse into her despair as she mourns the three people she called her babies.

Our News reached out to Clarke for an interview but had not received a response up to news time.

Authorities have not yet officially confirmed the identities of all six victims.

The crash remains under investigation.
