NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 66-year-old Bahamian woman who illegally voted in the 2020 presidential election will learn her fate next month.

Rochelle Deborah Johnson falsely claimed to be a U.S. citizen when she applied for an American passport in 2007.

On November 3, 2020, Johnson voted at the polls in Pinellas County, Florida despite being an alien.

Johnson also obtained an American driver’s license by falsely claiming to be an American citizen.

Johnson has pleaded guilty to passport fraud, voting by an alien and making a false claim of U.S. citizenship.

District judge Thomas barber has set sentencing for August 18.
