NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A judge has reserved a bail decision for a man accused of murder.

Billy Martin is accused of the January 17, 2023 shooting death of Dominique Berry.
Berry was driving to work on Infant View Riad when a man alleged to be Martin cut him off and riddled his car with bullets.
Prosecutors say Martin should remain behind bars because he might reoffend if given bail.
Martin has a previous conviction for attempted murder.
Justice Neil Brathwaite will give his decision on February 4.
