Bail Denied for Man Accused of Sexually Molesting 10-Year-Old Girl
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 29-year-old man from the Berry Islands is behind bars on allegations that he sexually molested a 10-year-old girl.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 29-year-old man from the Berry Islands is behind bars on allegations that he sexually molested a 10-year-old girl.
Pevrick Smith, of Bullocks Harbour, faced charges of unlawful sexual intercourse and indecent assault when he stood before Magistrate Abigail Farrington in Nassau.
The incidents allegedly took place on the island in June, September and October of this year.
Smith didn’t have to plead to the charges and bail was denied.
He’s back in court on February 11 to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers.
