UNITED STATES – United States President Joe Biden giving a speech in Poland after Putin raged against the West in an address.

Biden says “Ukraine will never be a victory for Russia” speaking ahead of the first anniversary of the Ukraine war.

On Tuesday, Vladimir Putin spoke at length about Russia’s war against Ukraine in a state of the nation address.

He blamed the West for provoking the war and escalating it, saying the U.S. and it’s allies sought “Limitless power”.
