Her training partner, Masai Russell, came first in 12.52 seconds. Grace Stark came second in 12.6 seconds and Alaysha Johnson came third in 12.66 seconds.

Athlos is a pretty cool concept – it’s a women’s only series of meets, where teams compete to accrue total points.

It was launched by athletes Sha’carri Richardson, Gabby Thomas, and Tara Davis-woodhall with funding from Alexis Ohanian, husband of Serena Williams as a way to highlight and elevate women’s sports.

Night one featured a long jump competition in Times Square and night two wrapped up with a performance from the singer Ciara.
