NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Health And Wellness Minister Dr. Michael Darville says the ministry is looking at going cashless at clinics.

This, he revealed, is all in an effort to protect resources coming into those facilities.

Darville says most hospitals  around the world are already cashless.

He made it clear though that no one will be denied healthcare.

For those who may not have a debit card, Darville says they’re looking into a memorandum of understanding to provide temporary cards in exchange for cash.
