WILLEMSTAD, CURACAO – Head Coach of the 2023 CARIFTA Aquatics Team for The Bahamas Camron Bruney told Our News it “feels great” to get the five consecutive wins.

This is Bruney’s first time as head coach of the team; he served as an assistant coach last year.

After scoring 1,113 points, The Bahamas won the fifth consecutive CARIFTA Aquatics Championships in Curacao.

The Cayman Islands placed second with 752 points, followed by Trinidad and Tobago with 534 points for third place.

The Bahamas secured 85 medals – 37 gold, 27 silver and 21 bronze.
