GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – Medical Director of Family Lucayans Family Care, Dr. Tiadra Johnson, is also a member of the church. She says the free initiative screens for a number of issues currently affecting the Bahamian population. She notes that many Bahamians are plagued with chronic diseases and it’s important to treat and control those ailments.

Partners also included students of Western Atlantic Medical University, Mammogram Access Program Bahamas, and the Grand Bahama Resilience Center. Jennifer Barneby, Program and Partnership Director at the Resilience Center, adds that mental health must be included in the conversation of overall health and wellness.
