NEW YORK – A U.S. judge has set October  3rd as the sentencing date for Hip‑Hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, who was convicted last week on two prostitution‑related counts.

That’s according to court records and attorneys for both sides.

The 55-year-old remains in a Brooklyn federal lock‑up after the judge denied bail, citing years of documented violence.

He faces up to 10 years on each count, prosecutors say guidelines point to at least 4 to 5 years, while the defense argues for less than 21 months.
