NEW YORK – Defense attorneys in the Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs trials questioned forensic video expert Frank Piazza about 2016 hotel surveillance tapes that show Combs assaulting then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura.

The witness suggested time stamps jumped and could mislead viewers on how quickly events unfolded.

He testified the cameras weren’t synced but insisted the footage itself had no anomalies.

Under cross examination, he confirmed the video reliably shows Combs grabbing Ventura, throwing her to the floor, kicking her, and later hurling a vase.

Combs has acknowledged the assault on social media but denies broader trafficking charges that could mean life in prison.
