NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Office of The Prime Minister, The Disaster Reconstruction Authority, and The National Emergency Management Agency is hosting the Disaster Risk Reduction Summit Opening Ceremony being held this International Day for Disaster Risk Reduction Thursday.

The ceremony will include remarks from the Prime Minister amongst others and will conclude in the signing of an MOU between University of The Bahamas and University of Hawai’i for knowledge and applied research sharing on disaster prevention and risk reduction.
