DOMINICA – The Prime Minister of Dominica Roosevelt Skerritt announcing the Dominica-China friendship hospital is offering free medical care to patients 16-18 years old.
Skerritt’s announcement came during a recent press conference where he said the policy won’t change until his administration decides to.
The Dominica PM also insisting this conforms with the international requirements, ensuring that “Every citizen has access to medical care irrespective of their economic circumstances.”
