Eight “Champions” Named at Our TV

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Eight Our TV employees have earned the title of “Champions,” honored by their coworkers for exemplary work.

The program began in January 2022, to recognize the outstanding work of members of Cable Bahamas Rev Media division and is driven by the employees themselves.

It recognizes Our TV and Our News team members who consistently go above and beyond the call of duty, produce exemplary work, display a positive attitude and show dedication to their job and the organization.

It is a multi-tiered system designed to give as many individuals as possible, the chance to be recognized.

Individuals can be nominated by any co-worker in the department, and all nominations are reviewed and chosen by a selection panel.

An employee of the quarter is also chosen from the group, who is regarded as outstanding by their peers.

Each employee receives a certificate and gift card. The employee of the quarter also receives a trophy, gift card and another special gift.

Winners come from all areas of the department, including cameramen, production, graphics, and digital news.
