Escape To Kamalame Cay


KAMALAME CAY, BAHAMAS – Kamalame Cay as it is now, was founded some 25 years ago. What began as a small bonefishing lodge has evolved to a 50 room hotel with two restaurants focusing on farm and ocean to table experiences. Our News team was fortunate enough to visit the cay this week.

The cay features over three miles of white sand and crystal clear waters. On land, a variety of local fauna.

For King, this partnership is not about the Cay itself, but highlighting the beauty of the country.

Of course, the menu consists of fresh conch salad, whole red snapper and a variety of local cuisine prepared to delight clients.

There are plans to expand in the near future. But in the meantime, if you’re interested in flying one of these beautiful sea planes, Coco Bahama is about to launch a scholarship to find new pilots for their aircrafts.
