Elvis Pardo – Pitcher/DH, Bahamas 16U Nat’l Team
“Yes, attack from the first inning. My mindset today, all of our mindsets today, was just see the ball, hit the ball. We had to make the adjustment from yesterday.”

“After the loss yesterday, I was thinking, I have to get my team back—just get a good start on the mound and give them the support they need. Once the bats get going and my pitching is good, we should be able to rebound. We just have to keep our mindset good for the remaining games.”
Team Bahamas will face host country Ecuador tomorrow at 4 p.m. local time.
