NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Free National Movement weighs in on the action taken by The Bahamas Pharmaceutical Association. Opposition leader, Michael Pintard condemning the move by the government to place price control on 38 items and calls the situation unfortunate.

He says one of those steps missed by government is failure to consult the entrepreneurs. He also says a large number of retailers say their businesses are being affected by the decision of the government.

Pintard claims that the FNM has provided recommendations to government to alleviate some of the economic pressures across the country.

Pintard also making a suggestion for the government to reduce its travel expenses.
