NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Foreign Affairs Minister Fred Mitchell weighing in on growing division within CARICOM after Trinidad and Tobago Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar accused two fellow Caribbean leaders of triggering visa restrictions for their citizens by “badmouthing the u.S.” over American strikes on vessels in the Southern Caribbean.
