Former Cop Accused Of Killing Pike Worker Pleads Not Guilty To Murder
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A former police officer accused of gunning down a Pike corporation employee has pleaded not guilty to murder.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A former police officer accused of gunning down a Pike corporation employee has pleaded not guilty to murder.
Berneil Pinder denied causing the death of Cody Castillo during his arraignment before Justice Guillimina Archer-Minns.
Prosecutors allege that 51-year-old pinder fatally shot Castillo with his service weapon after following him out of da Plantation Bar and Grill on March 26th.
Pinder is free on bail, and a trial date will be set when be returns to court next month.
Pinder resigned from the police force after the incident.
