FTX Founder: One More Shot At Avoiding Prison

USA – FTX Founder Sam Bankman-Fried took the stand in his criminal trial for the third and final time Tuesday.

It’s Bankman-Fried’s last shot at convincing a Manhattan jury after pleading not guilty.

Much of the four-week trial consisted of his former friends and top lieutenants testifying against him.

The 31-year-old former billionaire, whose Bahamas based crypto businesses spiraled into bankruptcy last November, told jurors in his first day on the stand Friday, he didn’t commit fraud and that he thought FTX’s outside expenditures, came out of company profits.
