Government Accepts Judgment In Case Of Claudia Bethel

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The government of The Bahamas is apologizing to the family and estate of the late Claudia Edwards Bethel after the judicial committee of the privy council ruled that the government was vicariously liable for her arrest and detention by former immigration officer Norman Bastian.
