Grenada Awards Olympic Athletes With Cash And Prizes

GRENADA – Grenadian Olympic champions Kirani James, Anderson Peters and Lindon Victor have been showered with special packages for their stellar performances at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.

During a prize-giving function for the Olympic athletes acting Sports Minister Delma Thomas announced the prize money ranged from $150,000 to $50,000.

She said although 3-time Olympic medallist in the 400m, Kirani James, did not medal at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games he will also receive $100,000.
